Categories of Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It
The Company’s recruitment website collects only the personal information required for job applications and, beyond that, only the minimum necessary for using the site.
•For job applications, we collect personal information such as your name, nationality, address, veteran/disability status, telephone number, mobile number, education, GPA, military service, work experience, overseas residence and training experience, community activities, language and other qualifications, awards, hobbies, special skills, and personal statement. This website provides separate consent buttons for the Terms of Use, collection and use of personal information, provision of personal information to third parties, and outsourcing of personal information processing; by clicking each consent button, you are deemed to have consented to the corresponding item.

Notifications and communications regarding the hiring process—including stage-by-stage guidance—and the creation and management of our talent pool.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company’s recruitment website uses your personal information only within the scope disclosed under “Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information,” and will neither use it beyond that scope nor disclose it to any third party (individuals, companies, or institutions).
Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
To deliver improved services, we may outsource the processing of your personal information to external service providers.
If we entrust such processing, we will inform you in advance.
Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Once the purposes for which your personal information was collected and used have been fulfilled, the Company will promptly destroy it by irreversible means.
If you request deletion, we will also destroy it without delay, and if your information has been provided to a third party, we will instruct that third party to delete it as well.
Personal Information Destruction Procedure
As a rule, once the purposes for collecting and using personal information have been fulfilled, the Company promptly destroys the information.
The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows.

•Destruction procedure : After the purpose of use has been fulfilled, your personal information is moved to a separate database (or a designated file cabinet for paper records) and retained for a period in accordance with our internal policies and applicable laws (see the retention and use period). It is then destroyed. Information moved to the separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention, unless required by law.
•Destruction method : Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration, and personal information stored in electronic files is deleted using technical measures that render the records irrecoverable.


Users’ Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may request deletion of your registered personal information at any time. If you contact our Personal Information Protection Officer in writing, by phone, or by email, we will verify and act without delay.

Our recruitment website uses “cookies” that store and retrieve information from time to time.
The personal information collected through cookies is limited to your user ID and page-view activity; no other information is collected.

Personal Information Security Safeguards (Technical Measures for Personal Data Protection)
