INZI AMT is a responsible company that protects and respects the human rights of all employees and stakeholders, operating a comprehensive set of policies and guidelines. To realize social value through human-rights management, we have established a Human Rights Charter that defines proper conduct and decision-making standards for employees. Building on this, we are putting in place Human Rights & Labor Regulations that set the standards and procedures needed to implement human-rights and ethical management.
To ensure a safe and respectful workplace, we have adopted Sexual Harassment Prevention Guidelines and Workplace Harassment Prevention Guidelines, with clear response protocols. We will continue to strengthen human-rights protections and an ethical corporate culture as we grow into a trusted company.
INZI AMT has enacted this Human Rights Charter—grounded in human-rights management that respects everyone and the realization of social value—as the standard for proper conduct and sound decision-making for all employees. We pledge to faithfully uphold and put this Charter into practice.

As part of our human-rights management, INZI AMT utilizes a group-wide Cyber Hotline that enables employees to safely raise workplace concerns. The system allows anonymous submissions and adheres to strict confidentiality. Reports are reviewed and verified by the Audit Department, and the reporter receives feedback on the outcome.
Cyber Hotline Process
Intake: Receive reports (named or anonymous)
Verification: Audit Department conducts fact-checking.
Resolution: Process and close the case.
Feedback: Record and deliver feedback to the reporter.
INZI AMT conducts regular training to safeguard human rights and foster a healthy workplace across all sites.
Sexual Harassment Prevention: Covers applicable laws, definitions, reporting and handling procedures, and victim-protection measures; supported by instructional videos for practical understanding. We also provide guidance on grievance counseling and remedy so affected employees can receive prompt protection.
Workplace Harassment Prevention: Explains types of workplace bullying, prevention methods, and victim-protection procedures, with a strong emphasis on building a culture of mutual respect.
INZI AMT prohibits the use of minerals sourced from conflict-affected regions and is committed to building an ethical, responsible supply chain.
We are deeply concerned that mining in such regions can lead to severe human-rights abuses, including the exploitation of child labor. In line with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, the U.S. Dodd-Frank Act, and the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation, we manage due diligence and reporting to ensure that tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold (3TG), and cobalt are sourced responsibly—using industry templates such as the CMRT (for 3TG) and the EMRT (for cobalt).
At INZI AMT, the health and safety of our employees and partners come first, and we are unwavering in our efforts to create a safe, healthy, and comfortable workplace. In 2023, we established a safety–environment policy focused on strengthening serious-accident prevention systems, prioritizing on-site environmental improvements, and embedding ESG-aligned practices, while delivering targeted training to raise safety awareness and execution on the shop floor. We have analyzed the root causes of incidents over the past three years to put robust prevention measures in place, institutionalized regular inspections and improvement activities, and are concentrating on achieving zero accidents. As part of this effort, we conduct periodic equipment upgrades and joint site checks through labor–management cooperation, and we reinforce our OH&S system with structured measures such as incident investigation and reporting rules and potential-hazard management guidelines. Our OH&S policy is also posted on the corporate website and intranet so every employee can access it easily and put it into practice.
INZI AMT has established and operates a dedicated occupational health and safety organization led by a Chief OHS Officer and supported by safety and health managers, ensuring systematic execution across the company.
For each plant, the plant manager having completed the required refresher course for safety and health management has been appointed as the Chief OHS Officer, overseeing all safety and health duties to prevent workplace incidents. We also assign dedicated safety and health managers to handle technical matters. As a result of our proactive approach, we earned ISO 45001 certification in 2020 and renewed it in 2023, maintaining the certification to this day.
To foster mutual growth with our partners, INZI AMT operates a comprehensive set of agreements and policies designed to establish fair trading practices and sustain long-term, responsible relationships.
Contracts with partners are executed in accordance with our regulations through transparent, fair procedures, and we implement a “Subcontracting Fair Trade Co-Prosperity Agreement” to enhance mutual competitiveness. We also operate supplier selection and management rules to secure outstanding partners and support their growth. In addition, to address tightening global and regional environmental regulations, we enter into eco-friendly parts agreements that prohibit the use of hazardous substances and promote sustainable production.

INZI AMT upholds freedom of association and collective bargaining and works to foster open labor–management dialogue and mutual cooperation.
Since forming our labor union in 2010, we have held regular labor–management councils to discuss initiatives that enhance employee benefits and the work environment, including expanded group insurance coverage, facility upgrades, and responsible management of corporate messaging tools. We also conduct employee satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on the cafeteria, commuter buses, and in-house cleaning services, and we translate those insights into continuous improvements.
