Terms of Use

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set forth the conditions of use, procedures, and member rules for the services (the “Services”) provided by INZI AMT Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) pursuant to the Telecommunications Business Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
Article 2 (Notice)
  1. These Terms take effect when posted on the service pages or otherwise notified to members.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms, and the amended Terms shall take effect upon notice given in the manner set forth in paragraph 1.
Article 3 (Matters Not Covered by These Terms)
Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and other applicable laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
  1. “Member” means an individual who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company.
  2. “User ID” means the user number (ID) assigned to an individual who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company.
  3. “Password” means a combination of letters and numbers set by the user to verify that the user corresponds to the assigned user number and to protect the user’s information.
  4. “Operator” means a person appointed by the Company for the overall management and smooth operation of the Services.

Chapter 2. Service Use Agreement

Article 5 (Formation of the Service Use Agreement)
  1. When the user clicks the “Agree” button for the Terms of Use, the user is deemed to have consented to these Terms.
  2. The service use agreement is formed when the Company accepts the member’s application for membership.
Article 6 (Withholding or Refusal of the Service Use Agreement)
  1. The Company may withhold approval of a service use application in any of the following cases
    • When there is not enough capacity in the service infrastructure
    • When the Company determines there are technical difficulties in providing the Service
    • Any other case the Company deems necessary.
  2. The Company may refuse approval of a service use application in any of the following cases.
    • If the application is not made under the applicant’s real name as stated on their resident registration.
    • If the applicant has provided false information on the application form or submitted false documents with the application.
Article 7 (Management of User IDs, etc.)
  1. As a rule, one user ID is issued per individual under their real name as stated on their resident registration.
  2. The user ID must belong to the same person as the user’s real name. A user who holds a user ID is responsible for managing their user ID and password, and bears all disadvantages arising from any negligence in using the Service or unauthorized use by a third party. However, this does not apply where the Company has acted with intent or gross negligence.
Article 8(Changes to the Service Use Agreement Details)
  1. If any of the following information changes, the user must log in to the Service and update it without delay.
    • Address and telephone number
    • Password
    • Any other matters recognized by the Company
  2. A user ID may be changed at the user’s request in the following cases.
    • If the user ID is set as information such as the user’s phone number or resident registration number and may infringe on the user’s privacy.
    • If it may cause discomfort or offense to others.
    • Any other case recognized by the Company.

Chapter 3. Use of the Service

Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
  1. In providing the Service, the Company does not disclose or distribute any personal information about members to third parties without their consent. However, this may not apply where such information is requested by a government agency under applicable laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, where it is needed for criminal investigations, where it is requested by the Korea Communications Standards Commission, or where a request is made in accordance with other relevant legal procedures.
Article 10 (Member’s Responsibility for Managing User ID and Password)
  1. Members are fully responsible for managing their user ID and password, and any consequences arising from mishandling or unauthorized use of their ID and password are the member’s responsibility, not the Company’s.
  2. If a member becomes aware that their user ID or password is being used fraudulently, they must notify the Company immediately.
  3. To prevent unauthorized use or leakage, members should change their password on a regular basis.
Article 11 (Member Obligations Regarding Use of the Service)
  1. When using the Service, members must not engage in any of the following acts.
    1. Illegally using another member’s user ID
    2. Reproducing, publishing, broadcasting, or otherwise providing to third parties any information obtained through the Service for purposes other than the member’s own use, without the Company’s prior consent
    3. Infringing the copyrights or other rights of third parties
    4. Distributing to others any information, text, images, etc. that violate public order or good morals
    5. Engaging in conduct that can objectively be deemed to be connected to a crime
    6. Defaming or disadvantaging others
    7. Engaging in any other act that violates applicable laws or these Terms
  2. Members must comply with these Terms as well as any service guidelines, notices, or precautions announced by the Company.
  3. Members may not use the Service for business activities without the Company’s prior consent, and are solely responsible for any such activities; the Company bears no responsibility for any results arising from those business activities.
Article 12 (Service Hours)
  1. In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special business or technical issues on the Company’s side. However, this may not apply when system inspection, replacement, maintenance, or similar work is required.
  2. The Company may divide the Service into specific sections and separately define the hours of availability for each section.
Article 13 (Suspension of the Service)
  1. If a war, natural disaster, or comparable national emergency occurs or is likely to occur, or if there are other unavoidable circumstances such as a common carrier suspending telecommunications services under the Telecommunications Business Act-the Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service.
  2. When the Company restricts or suspends use of the Service pursuant to the preceding paragraph, it will notify users without delay of the reason and the duration of such restriction or suspension.

Chapter 4. Termination of the Agreement and Restriction of Use

Article 14 (Termination of the Agreement and Restriction of Use)
  1. When a member wishes to terminate the service use agreement, the member must submit a termination request to the Company online.
  2. If the Company intends to restrict use of the Service, it will notify the user of the reason and the effective date. However, if the Company determines that there is an urgent need to suspend use, it may impose such measures immediately.
  3. A user who has been notified of suspension under the preceding paragraph may file an objection within two weeks if they believe the suspension is unwarranted.
  4. The Company may temporarily defer the suspension for the period necessary to review such objection, and will inform the user of the progress and the outcome.
  5. If, during the suspension period, it is confirmed that the cause of the suspension has been resolved, the Company will immediately lift the suspension.

Chapter 5. Compensation for Damages, etc.

Article 15 (Compensation for Damages)
While the Service is provided free of charge, the Company bears no liability for any damages incurred by members in connection with their use of the Service. Matters relating to paid services, if introduced, will be stipulated separately.
Article 16 (Disclaimer)
  1. The Company is not liable for any interruption of the Service where it cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
  2. The Company is not responsible for any disruption in service use arising from reasons attributable to the user.
  3. The Company is not liable for any damages suffered by users as a result of information or materials obtained through use of the Service.
  4. The Company does not guarantee, and bears no responsibility for, the reliability or accuracy of IP information provided through the Company’s network or of any information posted or transmitted by users.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall take effect from the date of announcement.
